What makes us different is the type of PET scans we provide. Besides the widely used FDG-PET scan, our advance facility provides Rubidium PET scan for the heart, Gallium-68 PET scan for neuro-endocrine tumours, Sodium Fluoride PET bone scan, Carbon-11 Acetate PET scan for liver and prostate cancer. Other upcoming scans that our centre will provide includes Carbon-11 Methionine for brain tumours and Fluorine-18 FLT for DNA proliferation rates.
