Our Services

PET/CT

  • FDG-PET/CT

Metabolic imaging using F-18 Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) and PET/CT has become the cornerstone of oncologic imaging and has been shown to be useful in tumor staging and follow-up. FDG PET/CT has also proven useful in predicting prognosis and treatment response. In certain diseases, such as lymphoma, higher FDG uptake is an indication of a higher grade malignancy.

    FDG-PET/CT

  • Rubidium-82 PET/CT

When compared to conventional SPECT imaging, PET/CT using Rubidium- 82 coupled with a 64-slice CT scanner is a faster, easier, and more accurate method to measure myocardial blood flow

  • Gallium-68 DOTATATE PET/CT

PET imaging using Gallium-68 (Ga-68) labeled compound -DOTATATE offers higher resolution and improved pharmacokinetics compared with somatostatin receptor scintigraphy, with promising results in the detection of SST receptor-expressing tumors

  • Sodium-Fluoride PET/CT

Sodium Fluoride PET/CT bone scan has greater sensitivity and specificity than other nuclear medicine techniques. The higher photon flux with NaF-18 compared to traditional bone scanning agents makes the lesions more conspicuous and easier to see. This translates to detection of relatively higher number of lesions on PET bone scan

    Sodium Fluoride PET/CT

  • CT Coronary Angiogram

CT Coronary Angiogram (CTA) has become a good non-invasive alternative for imaging the coronary arteries in an increasing number of patients. CTA allows direct visualisation of the coronary artery wall with the administration of intravenous contrast. CTA also has less radiation compared to conventional coronary catherisation angiography. Calcified and soft plaques can be visualised together with the degree of coronary luminal stenosis. CTA is also helpful in low to intermediate risk patients with sub-acute and/or chronic chest pain syndromes
